When a package from Pine64 does not arrive at the destination, unfortunately Pine64 have gained a reputation of not responding to customers who ask where their package has gone. A normal business would ask the customer either to allow more time for delivery, or figure things out with the courier if there was one, or expedite a replacement shipment. They could at least check the correct address was given. None of that is normal, instead the approach of not being any help at all is typical and it tends to alienate customers, quite rightly, in to getting a refund through Paypal or their bank. For having this type of audacity Pine64 blacklist their customer.
No, not because of suspicion of being a reseller. Just bad business practices.
The complainant above has been a very good Pine64 customer and now Pine64 have literally killed another golden goose that will lay no more eggs for them.
