For Manjaro that will point you to the github page for the releases - you can then use the Issues tab to report things.
I have never seen that pinephone software can run on pinephone pro as your comment seems to imply. Could you indicate your experiences in doing that? Else alot of people could get into major issues.

I didn't mean to imply that - you can't boot an OS image for a PinePhone on a Pro, or vice versa, because the kernel and the boot process are different. However much of the development goes in within the same repositories for both phones, and they share a lot of software (and bugs) that aren't hardware specific. The PinePhone wiki page currently has more direct links about things like where to report issues for a distro than the PinePhone Pro page, so it is a useful place to check if there's information that would be common to both phones.
