Hi,
I am looking for a lightweight (and possibly cheap) tablet or 2-in-1 device, running linux (preferably Ubuntu, or Ubuntu Touch, where both MsTeams and https://openboard.ch can be installed), whose touchscreen is working under linux and compatible with/quickly responsive to a stylus.
Some connectivity is also required (wi-fi, hdmi for external monitor/projector, and a headphone+mic jack).
My main use for that would be distance teaching (I currently use a combination of laptop + wacom board, which is not so lightweight).
Microsoft Surface would be ideal (even though not so cheap), but its touchscreen is not compatible with Linux (let alone using it with a stylus).
A PineTab would be an option, but I am not sure about its responsiveness to a stylus, and it seems as if PineTabs are out-of-stock anyway.
Could anyone comment on the above? Is any PineTab Pro perhaps going to be developed and put on sale any time from now?
Many thanks and best regards,
Giuseppe.
