If this affects the whole screen (not just individual elements on the screen) and happens with every distro in the same way, it sounds like a hardware issue. You could open the phone and reattach the screen connector, see if that helps. Otherwise open a support ticket and have the screen or phone replaced under warranty (don't miss the deadline).
