 RealVNC and root password

I want to install RealVNC. Downloaded RealVNC deb package. Gdebi installer asks for password. Won't accept "rock"... invalid password.
So... what is the real root password?

Hello, you can try NoMachine, who works "out of the box".
Try the armhf version. Very good software, free as in "free beer", no "free software".

I managed to install Nomachine on Manjaro by downloading this version and following these instructions.
There seems to be a patch pending to make Nomachine available on Manjaro Pinebook pro. Warning! This installation is purely empirical! But it works.
