Pinephone playing 1440p video on external display

I've noticed that gstreamer now supports cedrus, so I tried it and it looks like accelerated video decoding works:

So apps that use gstreamer should be able to use video decoding acceleration on Pinephone soon.   Distros just need to update to gstreamer 0.18 and try it.
