Did you ever get a shipping notice? I ordered my phone around the same time from the USA and I'm wondering what to expect.

It seems forever until you get a tracking notice, I think it was about 75 days for my Brave Heart phone.
but when you get your notice from DHL, it will probably be between 2 and 4 days to receive your new device.

- Today !! The package is still in Poland.

- I don't remember choosing but there's just one for Europe, isn't there? I'm betting on EU batch shipping.

When did you get the mail/sms with the shipment notice?
- I got a message from DHL today (September 15th) with a parcel number. The parcel is from "M.B.B. LOGISTICS SP. Z O.O" and there's no arrival time determined as DHL hasn't received the physical parcel yet. Will edit my post when they update me on that.

Update: On September 16th at 8 AM the package arrived in my city.
Update 2: Same day at 2 PM I received the PinePhone

- The delivery appeared in DHL's tracking app today (Sept. 15th). It is labeled from "fulfillment by MBB Logistics" but there's no arrival time determined as DHL hasn't received the physical parcel yet (like with kacperski1 in the previous post). Update: Shipment is planned for September 16th.

- Nothing yet. I've sent an email + phone number in the customer details, so I suppose DHL will alert with these provided datas ?

According to the original message, the ISO units should take off this week, so wait and see

Dispatch notification received today, Sept 11th, with DHL. Estimated delivery for Sept 15th.

For information, I had to pay 64.50€ for import taxes. (VAT + other fees)

Received today ! 

At first I was a little worried about hearing some noises from the package while taking it, but it was just the power adapter moving inside. The device is nicely protected and I didn't notice any issue for this side.

Despite the stock management and last minute keyboard layout change, so far I can say that I'm satisfied with this order and the laptop. I think I'll order a Pinephone from the next batch.
