The delivery tracking is literally not moving at all. Just wondering if there are anyone else in same position as me.

Yeah, they're not a scam company. If they were, I don't think many of us would have any of our Pine products. Tracking status isn't something Pine has control over, that's always handled by the courier. Once Pine hands your package to the them, they have no control over whether its status is updated, what route it takes, if it gets stuck in customs, etc. I've had similar issues with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. None ever being the fault of the seller.

I am in the UK and I ordered mine on March 6th and I received it yesterday.

There will be a customs charge plus handling fee to pay.
