on the page it says: https://www.pine64.org/pinephone/
Main Camera: Single OV6540, 5MP, 1/4″, LED Flash

But there is no such thing, i guess this one is correct: https://cdn.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Sens...asheet.pdf
Then it is OV5640
