Official Debian image doesn't recognize full SD capacity

I have a 32GB SD card from Sandisk and try to run official debian image for ROCK64 but the OS doesn't recognize full capacity ?

You can try expanding the filesystem,.

There is usually a script on the image.  Check in   /usr/local/sbin/
