i placed an order shortly after the new website/store went online which i assume had a new order system set up internally since my receipt was not including a confirmation of paypal payment, rather, notice of being on hold til the payment could be confirmed. the order was #1446. since as usual with paypal the money was transferred at time of order/purchase, i was expecting at most 3 days hold. however i have heard nothing. how long of a hold period are you requiring before payment is confirmed? thanks.
We are currently check to new online system and also get few complain on the hold situation. We already call up Paypal to check on this concern.
tllim, i cancelled the order this morning via letter to sales email & opening ticket to confirm cancel since there has been too many issues with sales email getting no response. you can help by refunding my paypal payment. thanks. i'll try again in a month or so, maybe you will have things sorted out by then.
