Cannot even create profile because screen won't rotate2

Hi, I posted a previous thread but i couldn't see it, or find it. 

I am having a problem even setting up my profile in the opening user configuration. The screen is stuck in landscape and won't rotate so I cant see what I am typing. I can go back to theprevious screen to remove the keyboard, but none of my info saves.

I have also plugged in a keyboard, but still nothing helps. Do I need to flash a new version of the OS or something?

One of the SPAM preventive measures is to require new user's initial few posts to be approved.
That's why you could not see your prior post. When reviewing your posts, I deleted the first as it
became a duplicate, and your second included your attaching a keyboard as a test.

One thing I have to add is that I am trying to do this on my pine phone without a SIM card installed yet. I don't know if that makes a difference.
