Add kill switches to the PinePhone

Someone has 3d printed back covers with opening for the switches.

A good start but many devices have a big slider with a hole to move the desired dip switch, in our case you could print a slider with holes over the switches you want to be able to flip vs open slots for switches you don't want to flip in a 'privacy panic' situation.
I could make a .stl or openscad file but it would take me the time to measure everything out and even then likely print it then edit finals to get it right.
