PinePhone don't start

Hello,

my brand new PinePhone don't start. I removed the battery tab from battery and battery connector, charged the phone a hole night and tried to fire up the device pressing the lower button a few seconds, but nothing happened. What's the problem?

What kind of charger are you using? It won't charge with too much power like from a laptop charger.

But on arrival the battery should be charged enough to at least boot up and play around for an hour or so.
