Other then that everything else works almost fine with recent fixes to linux driver.

I have working Android build with HDMI CEC.
As a side thing I added 4K output to Android builds (fortunately only 4K/30fps)

Oh. I think that I'm almost there to make HDMI CEC driver more reliable. I just need to find a way to detect when there's no data on the line.
