We are currently check to new online system and also get few complain on the hold situation. We already call up Paypal to check on this concern.

tllim, i cancelled the order this morning via letter to sales email & opening ticket to confirm cancel since there has been too many issues with sales email getting no response. you can help by refunding my paypal payment. thanks. i'll try again in a month or so, maybe you will have things sorted out by then.

I've got the same issue. I received an order confirmation with status on hold.
I payed with paypal so the money was sent immediatly.

I wrote a mail to sales@pine64, but no answer.
It would only be fair if you'd put a nottification on your website when you have known issues with a payment or delivery service.

So please get in contact with your customers and update on the current status.

In my case, this is the last status I received:
"Your order is on-hold until we confirm payment has been received. Your order details are shown below for your reference:

Order #1498"

I just got an automated email yesterday saying my order is shipping today. I placed the order on September 19th. So I guess, you should also expect them to hold the order for 10 days even though Paypal funding shouldn't take more than 2-3.

I received that mail too. Unfortunately the shipment provider is not listed and the tracking link isn't even a link. So it seems there are still some issues left.
I hope my order will arive soon.

The links didn't work in mine either but I just copied the number into Google and it brought up USPS. (I'm in the US - I think aftership.com may work if you're outside the US).
