Based on @plainenough comments in https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?...6#pid74806, I switched from the 2G/3G/4G option to the 2G/3G and was able to finally make calls out on the UBports CE. Call volume is extremely low and there was no way to increase it. I had also installed the uVolMan app in hopes that it could address both the low volume on the calls and on videos in the Morph browser but even with the Amplification Amount up, it made no difference either on calls or videos. This is on the latest 2020-08-14/3 build that I installed today. The camera works although the view is reversed and it has a lot of lag but it is still progress!
