It's named STOCK.
But it not stock, it is TV version.
Do you have a normal stock version of Android 9 ?

I just wanted to say thanks for the full disk encryption capability, it has bumped this distro into "daily driver" capability for me. Much appreciated!! Now I am working my way through deciding which programs to use.

| Unable to find ZWave module? |

Hi,
I have a A64 1GB Board with the ZWave Plus IO Card which is running Armbian Focal by default. I'm trying to get see if the ZWave module is working and to test this I installed openzwave and libopenzwave from the apt repo's.
After rebooting, I tried to verify that the ZWave module is working by running "sudo MinOZW /dev/ttyS2" but I get the following error:
Code: 2021-01-07 18:45:36.260 Warning, Failed - Network Key Not Set
2021-01-07 18:45:36.261 Info, mgr, Added driver for controller /dev/ttyS2
2021-01-07 18:45:36.261 Info, Opening controller /dev/ttyS2
2021-01-07 18:45:36.261 Info, Trying to open serial port /dev/ttyS2 (attempt 1)
2021-01-07 18:45:36.261 Error, ERROR: Failed to set serial port parameters
2021-01-07 18:45:36.261 Error, ERROR: Failed to open serial port /dev/ttyS2
2021-01-07 18:45:36.262 Warning, WARNING: Failed to init the controller (attempt 0)
I also tried ttyS3/S4/S5 but those error out as well. MinOZW is able to open ttyS0 but then I get a different set of errors, which I suspect is because ttyS0 is Console? Can someone let me know how to determine whether my ZWave module is working?

So I followed here what they mentioned
https://youtu.be/FD67UPVFouM?t=562
Settings > Update > Update Settings then select the latest kernel.
After about 20, or so tries, was finally downloaded.
Now to install, it needs you to press the "Install" button, and then a popup comes saying
"The device needs to restart to install the system update"
"Restart & Install"
"Cancel"
I press and "Restart & Install" and the popup disappears. I have also tried manually restarting, but getting nothing.

Hello, extremely new to Linux in general, had lots of help in figuring things out with my PBP. Wanting to try out Debian on my SD card and ran into some troubles. Got the installer script completed, but when I load up again I get a black terminal screen, with a login/password. I set up my username in the install but it did not ask me for a password. Is there a default for this? Unable to load up any kind of start screen, so maybe something went wrong with the script?

| Lockup during update, force shut down and try again? |

Hello, I purchased a used Manjaro Convergence Pinephone package that was allegedly only used for a couple of hours, unknown what occurred during that time. Tried to update first thing as I read that is very important, the phone kept locking up after a few minutes, I was forcing shut down with the power button. Long story short, fixed bad wi-fi at home (weak signal to very strong), finally was able to start an update.
So I just said yes to everything (wanted to get through it before another lock up), update went on for quite a bit, that is, this is the longest I had seen activity without lock up. However, the phone has now locked up without completing the update. Should I just force shut down with the power button and try to update again? Don't know what else, it is locked up anyway
thanks
Edit: forgot to mention, the red light is flashing. Not sure if it was doing that in previous lockups.
update: I did force a shut down, keypad would then not show on terminal, tried shut down through normal button, for the first time I got a "something went wrong, log out try again". good!
update: met again with "(unable to lock database)", had found instructions earlier which had allowed previous update to begin. going to run it again:
sudo rm /var/lib/pacman/db.lck
then
sudo pacman -Syu
update: it looked like the update started again where it left off. I again said 'yes' to everything. After update there were many "file is corrupted, do you want to delete it", I said yes a bunch of times then get: "Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded." Going to try update again. The good news is... this is the longest the phone has been on without locking up!
update: ran update again, 255 "checking package integrity", looks like I'm back at the same place: invalid or corrupted package (pgp signature), do you want to delete it
Phone still has not locked up, good!
OK, so again "errors occurred, no packages were updated" How can I update? I did update mirrors before I started all this. Tried again, met with "unable to lock database". Should I be having to run sudo rm /var/lib/pacman/db.lck every time?
