| Not getting to 21v with Anker PowerPort Atom III |

Out of curiosity, i plugged my Pinecil into my Anker model A2322 60w USB-C PD brick with a 2M USB-C charging cable that was sure advertised as being capable of 60W PD, and says so on it, whatever that is worth. I bought these for my Pinebook Pro originally. Plugged the brick into my kill-a-watt power meter.
The display shows 15v on it, and the KAW shows it drawing 28W. Just to see if it was holding back unless/until it needed the juice i put the tip inside a spare "V6" style 3d printer printhead heatsink and held it in front of a fan. It struggled and continued to just get 15v.
Is this a bad cable maybe, or perhaps this is a firmware issue? This pinecil is from the 2nd production run, just received today.

Just received my pinecil from the 2nd production run, and something is loose inside it?
It's not just the buttons - if i hold both of them down and shake it, i can still hear something moving around inside it.
Couldn't resist. Exploratory surgery suggests that the only thing that could possibly be loose is the outer contact ring in the DC barrel, which is perfectly fine because it's a spring.

I ordered and received my PinePhone months ago. It seems like forever (Braveheart). The ordeal started when I choose to get a mainboard upgrade for the Convergence abilities.
During the process of swapping it in and out (because I couldn't get it to work and was testing) I tore the cable that is connected from the mainboard to the screen. Lacking the ability to repair that I choose to just order a new screen thinking that would solve my problem.
Well, the screen still lacks several things that are in the old housing including something that is glued down. That led be to tearing yet another small, thing ribbon cable that appears to, amount other things, connect to the speaker.
The screen replacement took over a month to get here (US East Coast). Understandably it's a pandemic and it was the US holiday season. I'm not saying any of this is unreasonable just describing my experience.
So now I'm left in a position where I have a handful of parts, I'm not even sure I can make a whole phone work again (I'll try) and I don't know if I can get the parts I need. Can I just get a replacement pack of all the ribbon cables? It seems like at this point I need multiples of those because they are very fragile.
I am very adept and have taken apart and reassembled MANY phones but I don't do PCB level soldering or anything like that.
This can just serve as an instructive posts to others that may or may not be considering the PinePhone. I would say it is user repairable in only the most basic sense.
Sigh. Any advice?

Pro boots normally (Manjaro xfce, using zswap, chromium browser) and runs for some time. then the screen freezes, keyboard and moouse stop responding, and the power light flasshes amber and red.
I checked the troubleshooting pages, but that is only assembly/Disassembly information with no actually troubleshooting data.
What is my Pro trying to tell me? If it should be obvious, forgive me but I might need a pointer to the information that makes it obvious.

Tried contacting support@pine64.org, get an automated response to create a ticket on Zoho.
I created a ticket several days ago. Got no confirmation email.
Created a new ticket now, still no confirmation mail.
Tried resetting my password so I can login to the Zoho stuff, and get a timeout on the link to reset the password.
Tried mailing sales@pine64.org, bounce back.
How am I supposed to come in contact with pine64?

I am interested in doing some app development for Linux phones. I have developed some Android apps using Android Studio but I am not that familiar with Linux except for some tinkering with Python for the Raspberry Pi and the Jetson Nano. I need some big picture instruction of the tools and methods I need to develop apps for the Pine Phone. This newbie needs some help.

| Hanging on PINE TIME screen - UPDATE now just blank |

So I charged my Pine Time on Saturday, updated Infinitime (using nRF and OTA) to 0.8.3 (which I validated) then 0.10.0 (which I didn't) and then sometime yesterday the battery ran out.
I put it on charge - and the green 'PINE TIME' screen comes up (after a brief bit of random static).
The PINE TIME screen just stays on until the battery dies again (I haven't fully charged it, since it could take a long time to run out of battery).
If I press the button, or long press (10 seconds+), nothing happens.
UPDATE - now with the charger on, it is blank screen - no static, no PINETIME, and button doesn't do anything. This acts completely dead.
Any advice please.
Note: I'm trying to do this without disconnecting the battery - though since I've run the battery to switch off - it shouldn't be different (should it?). I'd like to be able to develop without having to have the back falling off all the time - I'd really like to glue the back on...
Thank you in advance
Andy
Update again - left off charge for a while - when put on charge, reverted to original hanging behaviour - static - PINE TIME then hang.
