Agreed, especially as some of us have already paid the tax and handling charges. I do hope that they're repackaging everything now and getting it out quickly, but a post before the recall (or immediately after it) was made would have been nice to keep us all up to date on what's happening here.

@Luke  - this may be a silly question.  Will new tracking #s be assigned to the shipments, or will DHL let you reuse the same waybills?

So is Chinese New Year observance kicking off in a week or so going to affect those of us who just had our phones yanked back? I was supposed to get mine Friday, and now it's back to square 1.

At this rate, the expedited DHL shipping is going to take longer than the standard shipping. My accessories look like they're leaving the country and on their way.

I am one of those who still hasn't received any shipping information. I also had to place my order again after it was refunded due to the software error in the early days after pre-ordering opened, maybe these two facts are somehow correlated? Looking forward to get my hands on the pinephone btw, keep up the good work!

I did not get refunded due to the software error when I first pre-ordered mine. And I had a returned to shipper notice. The issue as mentioned by the OP says that it's an issue with the size of a sticker, which was of no issue in previous orders.

However I am definitely curious if we will be getting new order numbers or updates to our orders.

Not really possible if DHL suddenly decides to take issue with parcels they have already accepted, having processed the paperwork, and then subsequently taken issue with something they have accepted with thousands of other parcels.

And you're not likely to for several days, due the already high load on the support ticket staff. Please read the thread before posting, Luke posted five hours ago that there was an update to the first post, which explains the issue. And as another poster commented, don't include your waybill number in public posts, unless you're happy with me redirecting it to my mailbox so I can get a free pinephone.

Since my Pinphone is supposed to be sent to Europe, I'm just too happy to know that the Phones are in the european warehouse right now.

I'm also still waiting on my shipping info, but I know that everything is going to be fine. There's always a way  Wink
