Hmm, I had no problem navigating around the Pine64 shop and adding the items you mentioned to the shopping cart. No cursor because I'm using a tablet - it's possible there's some issue using the site with a regular mouse, I guess...
All the items you mention are available in the shop, and the delivery dates are clearly shown on the site in the red banner at the top of that image you posted: Late May 2016 - June 2016.
Exact delivery times (days elapsed) will depend to some extent on where in the world you are located, which shipping service is used, and/or whether the order is dispatched via air or via sea.
