Server for filesharing to computer?

So I want to make a low power server for my pc and phone. All I want to be able to do is create a cloud like thing with a graphic UI, but I don't know where to start. VNC is not what I'm looking for though, it only controls, and doesn't allow you to download from what I see.

Any help would be appreciated.

I run Owncloud on a Raspberry Pi and it does this well. I was going to try and replace it with my Pine.

I just looked up their software, and it seems to be just what I wanted I'll do some more research on it until my board comes. Thanks much.

I also was thinking of running an Owncloud server from it. I used to run one from my raspberry pi in the past but now I use it for something else.

If i have time to set it up i might write a blog post about it.
