you probably meant 2GB ram and 16 GB emmc !?

convergence edition contain 3 GB and 32 GB.

On Ricardo Switzerland a lot of Pinephone s where sold. Have a look at it, every now and then you find one. But also on eBay.

I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure the earliest allwiner dev PPs were 1/8GB  I started with a 2/16 and upgraded the board to a 3/32.

Early dev units maybe. The community editions started at 2/16, then they introduced the 3/32 variant. The Beta edition also had 2/16 and 3/32, and of those, lately, only the one "with Convergence Package" (the 3/32 one, bundled with the small dock stick) has been available.

There is no 1/8 version even on early dev unit.
