Screen keyboard Japanese input issue

I cannot input some Hiragana. （お こ そ ...etc.）
The Japanese keyboard requires the fingers to move downward, that hides the keyboard.

Can I disable it?

日本語入力では下方向へのフリック動作が必要ですが、キーボードが隠れる動作と同じになっています。下方向への移動でキーボードを閉じないようにできますか？
