Board is Rock64_V3.
But, my board cannot operate stably at DDR3=800MHz.
Since it can not be helped, I have lowered it to DDR3 = 666 MHz and used it.
I have changed the boot-loader quite a bit.
So I think my example is useless except this case is likely a boot-loader issue.
