I ordered/pledged last December and my credit card was charged. I also confirmed my shipping address by answering the survey questions. But I have not yet received the shippment. My friend who also pledged same time  did receive his shippment. Any one knows their contact number?

I sent in the last two weeks, two e-mail to shipping@pine64.com address. When can I get my delivery?
Unfortunately no reply so far.

After 2 months since I was charged for add-on modules (10.3.2016) I asked what is with my orded by mailing  to shipping@pine64.com .
I asked for update yesterday. No reply ever.

My purchase list is
Pledge for 2GB PINE board (no Wifi)

plus addons
1x camera
2x Acrylic Open Enclosure
2x PoE Splitter comply to 802.3af standard
2x PINE A64+ 2GB - PA642GB
2x PINE A64+ 1GB - PA641GB
1x PINE64 5V 2A Power Supply - International
1x PINE64 12C Multiport POT
1x Wifi 802.11BGN/ Bluetooth 4.0 Module

all of this should be available already. But I still see status "Ready to ship". Sad

The shipping facility currently discuss with TNT on the Lithium battery shipment arrangement. Starts on April 1, the battery shipment requirement has been tighten and most shipping companies not willing to accept Lithium battery (bare type) shipment. We probably will end up two shipments due to the Playbox case is not ready yet.

Why is the Playbox situation not mentioned AT ALL in the kickstarter updates? Why haven't the shipments with them been split already... I've been more than patient and been on the side of wait and see but this is starting to get ridiculous YOU, TLLIM need to take some responsibility, get this information to the correct teams and make sure EVERYONE, Kickstarter Backers, Pre-Order Victims (yes at this point they are victims IMO) and everyone else that wants this project to succeed needs to be informed... Honestly this project is fast becoming a failure as communication has been terrible since the KS check was deposited...

There needs to be CLEAR communication regarding EVERY backers reward and backer kit order both on kickstarter, here on the forums, on the wiki and on backerkit... There is no excuse in a digital communication age that your team can't find 2hrs to update EVERYONE.

Thanks for update. I also received mail from shipping@pine64.com saying "Your order will be in a batch that will begin shipping out in about 2-3 weeks."
I was hoping It was shipped already. Sad

Keep us updated, Peterz. I emailed them May 3rd, got a response May 6th saying my items would be shipping out within 2 weeks. So they should have shipped already, but I have no tracking info or anything saying the shipment is on the way. Maybe I'll get lucky and it will just show up without tracking info very soon.
