Doe any one know the DKPG name for Video application as I would like to remove it

The package and application is called totem. Generally you can find the desktop files (the files that make an app appear as an icon) in /usr/share/applications. In those files you can find the name they appear as ("Name=") and the command that is executed when you open the app ("Exec=").
