I've tried installing several VOIP clients. So far all are incompatible with aarch64. Is there any available?
Is there a VOIP client compatible with aarch64?

A working VoiP-Client or any other messanger client on arm64 is like searching for water in the desert.....
The issue has been raised with the Signal Community for instance, thread is here --> https://community.signalusers.org/t/sign...ne/9001/12 And it was suggested one needs to build from git by themself as described here --> https://www.andreafortuna.org/2019/03/27...-on-linux/ Not the final solution, but a stop-gap measure perhaps... Would be helpful if Pine64 could release sales numbers for PinebookPro and Pinephone so that Developers like Signal or Matrix are actually seeing that it may be viable to support arm64 with final packages for Electron (arm64), Debian or even Arch...

Maybe not the solution you are looking for. But you can use teams-for-linux, which basically is an electron wrapper around the MS Teams Website and is especially compiled for aarch64.
And you can create shortcuts in Chromium, so you can use several Web versions of the applications each in a separate window. Tried this with Discord, which is working suprisingly well so far

Well, at least signal is available for the pbp at https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=9452.
Upstream discussion on building and maybe upstreaming changes needed to make building it easier is at https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Desktop/issues/3410
