PinePhones are currently in the process of shipping. Make sure your email doesn't accidentally mark @pine64.org as spam, and keep an eye out for an email confirming shipment over the weekend/beginning of next week.

The first mail, my order receipt got through, so I think there's no danger of getting them marked as junk.

On July 15 I placed 2 orders, one for the PMOS Community Edition with Convergent Package,  and
an order for some Pine phone parts & accessories.

My PayPal statement only shows the parts purchase. !
   ( the parts did arrive pretty quick )
I  'SHOULD'  have looked at my PayPal statement sooner,  that's my bad.

Lucky for me, I got greedy when Luke posted they were almost sold out of phones, and I ordered a second
Convergent Package.
On August 15th I placed that order, and that one DOES show up on my PayPal statement.

I sent an email to Pine about a week ago asking about my July 15 order, but no response yet.
    ( Even a negative reply would be better than no reply )

If you used DHL as your shipping you can contact them and track your order. Mine is still in HK so you and I may be in the same boat.

Yes,     My experience with my 2 previous Pinebook Pro's and DHL was amazingly great.



  Both arrived each time, in less than 2 days after DHL received them in Hong Kong.



  BUT,  since my only successful phone purchase was at the end of the sales offering, mine may still be in process.

                (My successful purchase was August 15th)



The Latest post by Luke says they are still shuffling phones to Hong Kong,
 and that is even delaying the PineTab's being delivered to Hong Kong.
