Hi,
I purchased the pinephone postmarket os a month ago but did not receive any shipping info.
Pls contact me!
Thx

You should likely contact sales@pine64.org. Be sure to send them any information that can help them discern when you placed your order.
These forums offer a different support, with no direct sales support occurring here.
There should be a link to a contact form at the top of the Pine64.org frontpage.

Typically "shipping info" is sent when the product is actually delivered to the shipper.
Perhaps you meant 'purchase confirmation' ?
The shipping of the PMOS Community Edition phone is planned for the end of August.

He is probably talking about confirmation of shipping.
They recently notified me that while trying to ship mine, it couldn't be sent to a PO box.
I got a follow up that they are prepping my shipment to a backup address. So probably that confirmation.

* I am very curious about the current "status" of this batch of Pine phones. *
I have no desire to rush them, as it appears the Post Market OS is not very usable ... yet.
They did start listing the phone as "Out of Stock" a few days ago at the Pine Store.
faults
production problems
arrival at warehouse
scheduling
etc....

I have no desire to rush them, as it appears the Post Market OS is not very usable ... yet. IMO, as long as the HW is in good shape, I don't mind updating/upgrading after I get the device. Or switching to another OS if I don't fall in love with PMOS. It'd still have the logo, I suppose, but there's opaque cases, stickers, those weird pop-up disk thingies, etc. to cover it if that was a problem.
