My pinephone problems/questions

Hi everyone. Finally my pinephone has arrived. Seems to be working well, I only have 3 questions.
1. The camera does not work, is it normal? Is it a known bug?

2. I can't activate developer mode. Why?

3. I am unable to send files from ubuntu to the pinephone via bluetooth, even if the two devices are properly connected.

Anyone know how I can solve my problems? Thank you

Check out the 'PinePhone Software' > 'UBPorts on PinePhone' section of the forum rather than general discussion. The camera hardware should work but the app doesn't yet support it. Developer mode is apparently only applicable to Android-based phones. Don't know about bluetooth file transfer, but I've not seen it mentioned so it's possible nobody's tried it yet.
