I recently received my rock64 board and flashed the official 7.1.2 build. Wow! What a solid device and a great build! Super impressed!
I'm curious if there is a way to root the official release. I have it setup as an ssh server but currently can only use sftp function and can't bring up a prompt. I think rooting could remedy this.
Also, what's the best way to close running apps? I'm currently using a mouse and keyboard and I can bring up the "recent apps" screen but can't seem to kill any processses.
My FLIRC dongle works great with this device too. Highly recommend it if you're using this board to make your tv into a smart tv.
