Sorry for spamming more threads, but is here anyone from Pine64 able to respond if the shipment planned on 5 May is done or it had been delayed to 12 May? If so, why?
Hi, I have got order confirmation 15th March, but the shipment is still not here. I have created a ticket on support.pine64.org, but is without a single response (open) for 60 days now ... I have even try to contact the company via Facebook, but I only got a response from "Pine EU" that they cannot help me and I have to contact "Pine CN", ideally through the URL I have already mentioned here.
Does anyone has an idea, what more I can do?
Shipping is some kind of joke!!

Ordered two separate computers and the only confirmation I received was the receipt that I paid. How long does it take them to finalize an order, send out tracking, shipping out a product and the length of time it takes to ship to the USA?

Can someone clarify? Does this mean that my shipment has been sitting at Pine warehouse for three weeks? Or that it's been sitting in Chinese customs for three weeks?
