It will likely take a few days to get to the US from China. You can track on USPS.com as well. My last order showed "Acceptance", and then the next day showed "Processed Through Facility" in China, then 4 days later "Arrived at USPS facility". I would be concerned that nothing has happened beyond them receiving it a week ago though. Good luck, and hopefully it gets sorted.

I don't think it's too much to ask to have someone check an order that is obviously stranded since there has been ZERO activity since July 19th. It's still sitting where it was accepted for shipping.

Some country EMS or post service don't update their status.
