So I have been patiently waiting, but it seems if you put your backer number here you can get bumped up in the queue? So my backer number is 37,110, status "ready to ship" for at least a couple of months, can we see if any progress update is available for that number too?

In May I received my Pine board and wifi/BT module but not the acrylic enclosure, camera module, power supply or remote. I contacted support on 5/13 and received a vague "we'll look into it" response. On June 3, I received another email saying "All add ons were shipped separately and it should be shipping out in the next few weeks". Well, it's now been a few weeks and I've not heard anything else. Tilm, can you check on my accessories?

I've not received any notification of shipping or anything at all! Can someone please please look into this. If backers who ordered long after me are receiving their boards I should have received mine by now even with the extras. I've been really patient and not been a jerk. I've sent off one email to shipping@pine with no reply after over 10 days.

According to Tllim, the enclosures will be shipped at the end of July. The other items he'll have to check.

Hi, I received a tracking number EMS : LX949137689CN on May 28th and from the last update it is not one of those that had problems mentioned.

Ever since getting the tracking the tracking site and EMS tracking says the number does not exist.

It would also be reasonable that it would have arrived by now if shipped around the 28th of May.

Can someone check up on this for me.

Unfortunately there is a problem. The tracking now says that the parcel has been delivered (& signed for) but to another part of town.

What can we do about this?
