Except order placed 02/18/2016. Money taken out of my bank immediately "Please note this is a Pre-Order set to ship in May 2016." Noted. It is now nearly July.


USPS tracking number given to me 27th May. Goods still not received by USPS.

Order was 2 x 64+ with wifi.

Order 102211583

Several emails sent. Absolutely NO response back by a real person.

Please advise.......

Hate to post again, Backer number #737, my number LS913198363CN cycled thru the last couple of days between pending and expired. Called China EMS and they said package was not received just shipping noticed given to them and only the shipper can resolve issue, there is nothing left for them to do.  Of course my Chinese is rusty and they did want me to come into the office, which I wonder if there nothing to do, then why have me come in?

Could you check my shipping status? I received the tracking number of USPS on May 27, but I have not received my Pine64 yet, BTW it's June 26 today! FYI, according to the USPS website, the status of my Pine64 is still "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" since May 27. I guess there is something wrong.
I placed the order, #102227800, on Feb 26, 2016.

Hi TL, I received a shipment last week, but it was still missing my last few items.  I had ordered the 2GB media kit from the Backerkit add-ons, but I think they only sent the 2GB board with none of the stuff that makes it the media kit.  Well, they did send the IR receiver, but not the IR remote.  Everything else in the shipment was the rest of my add-ons that I'd ordered for my first board.  I've sent you a PM with the full details of what I'm still missing.  Could you please look into it again for me?  Thank you.
