My experience with bpost and Belgian customs is better. I ordered my BH PinePhone on March 12, it arrived last Friday at customs (April 3th), released this Tuesday (April 7th) and I picked it up at post office today. Postman didn't deliver it yesterday at home, I guess because for safety reasons: I had to pay €58,35 (customs) in cash and at post office I could pay by card.

I know what I'm doing the next days :-)
