You need to provide ayufan with the boot log captured with another computer connected to the Rock64 as described in the forum Hardware & Accessories category. The photos you sent aren't adequate. See:
"How to Setup Serial Console Cable Over the Rock64 SBC"
In minicom you will need to capture boot data into minicom.cap file.
Once in minicom, use Cntrl-A Z, then select L to:
Turn Capture file on off. If turned on, all output sent to the screen will be captured in the file too.
In Ubuntu (Linux), the minicom.cap file should appear in your user home directory.
Send the minicom.cap file to ayufan.
