Missing items and unresponsive support (shipping department)

I have the same issue. I contacted TL Lim, on 07-24-2016 he replied that "The shipment already arranged to ship out on this week." Unfortunately I haven't received the package, and TL Lim did not respond to future pings. I'm OK with waiting, but the lack of any communication is super-frustrating.
