It may have been an issue with packaging, the size, it may have ripped open, who knows. From what i've seen so far, the package is being sent back to Pine64 center.
From timeline, looks like this package somehow get stuck in shipping process and now return back to our shipping facility. Without further delay, we will reship again while waiting for the package return back. From current records, there are 30+ such case, some in China, some in destination country.
