Updated again today and phosh, phosh-mobile-tweaks, and squeekboard were updated. No more squeekboard error when shutting down or rebooting. There is still a 60 second delay with the option of tapping a button to shut down/reboot immediately or another to cancel. Probably a good idea in case you were aiming for "Lock Screen" but slipped and hit one of the others. Another thing I noticed in the last update is now there's a display that pops up when you work the volume control buttons.
Haven't tried calls again to make sure they still work because I'd turned off the modem and didn't feel like opening up the phone again to switch it back on. (I did do an image backup before today's updates.)
