Okay, this is really, really bad behavior.
Please give me concrete answers to this:
These two units are addons that came from backerkit and have no real attachment to the KickStarter campaign. I was charged two separate times; one for kickstarter and another from backerkit. So I do have recourse in reversing charges with Visa and backerkit.
So please tell me: what is/are the issue(s) with Z-Wave that no one has been telling us? All along I and others have assumed it was building and shipping delays and not at all about functionality. I'll wait until Friday for an answer. If I feel like I'm being sold inferior goods, I'll have Visa reverse the charges to backerkit and then you guys can just ship me the Kickstarter reward (The PINE A64+ w/ 2GB SDRAM [March 2016]).
Please give me concrete answers to this:
- Is the Z-Wave module ready or not (we all have the previous emails saying the Z-Wave modules have come and they are ready to ship
- Does the Z-Wave module work or not? I don't want a "well...it is not working the way we thought it would. It may take some re-engineering to solve certain issues..."

Z-Wave already build, currently under testing due to we force to switch from Mitsumi module to Sigma Design module. In general, we believe Sigma Designs module (original Zwave) module not as good as Mitsumi. However, Sigma Designs don't want to sell their chip to Mitsumi to build module and we have no choice and need to use Sigma Designs one. Our initial testing Sigma Desigm EU module performance can be acceptable but US module suck !!!
That doesn't sound promising. I'll have to agree with TheMonkeyKing that a module that is only acceptable is hardly good enough, I need a module I can trust.
How do I cancel my order? I'll go with an A64 board only if possible

If the Sigma modules are bad why would Mitsumi buy them? This entire explanation seems convoluted and the fact that you are ok with shipping a module that as you state "sucks"... is disturbing. I too would be more interested in alternative items over a subpar replacement to what was originally expected to be delivered.
