But ... I flashed to SDcard for a trial - booted fine to Mate desktop but won't recognise my (USB) keyboard/mouse so I cannot drive anything Sad

(Didn't seem to initialise my NVMe - led on NVMe didn't come on - but that would be a secondary problem.)
