Note that that final option also cuts power to the RTC so it is as close to a battery pull as it gets. Haven't seen PMOS use anything but POKSIRQ but Nemo, Sailfish and GlowDroid use POKLIRQ as well. Another thing, PMOS can't actually halt right now. The screen goes blank but it is still powered on and blazing away. So reboot or halt then do a very long press. If you have the multi-distro you can reboot to it and power down from there, because that works without clearing the RTC.
