Did the pinephone 1.2a board undergo certifications?

Any change to major components (ICs, transformers, antenna design) that leads to different functioning or specifications. There's a bit of info on this page for a company that helps clients certify (there is a section or two specifically mentioning licensed devices like mobile phones):
