Developing for the pinephone?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but is there a thread/forum/wiki for developing, not the OS itself, but apps.

I thought I saw a thread about making apps for mobian but I can't seem to find it now.

As for Ubuntu Touch they use qml and their util spits out click packages which can be uploaded to their store.

In almost all cases, other than mobian, you would be best to find and use the forums/chats the devs hang out at.
