Actually torrenting is pretty simple.
Transmission will do for a client. On Manjaro, check this post to choose a specific package to install:

Likewise on Debian, the packages are transmission-gtk, transmission-qt and transmission-cli, so sudo apt-get install the one you need.
Then click the torrent link from this thread:

Firefox says,
Do eet.
In the Torrent Options dialog that comes up, leave "Start when added" checked and hit Open, and it should start downloading.

and consider opening an inbound port for Transmission on your router.
I'd much rather torrent than put up with all the garbage that file-locker sites add to try to make downloading harder.
