I think for the fourth will have to do with other components and not Phosh, but preloading should get around this issue.

For other issues, these can be reported to upstream: https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/phosh/-/issues
Find me in the forest, when I'm at my lowest. I don't really think you should continue..
