My Raspberry Pi 4B has benchmarks which are 4-6 times better than your PinePhone benchmarks, and this guy is reporting much better benchmarks for the Librem 5. I wonder if Ubuntu Touch is doing something to slow down the CPU or if there have been changes between versions of hardinfo or maybe hardinfo needs to be compiled for the A64.
On my Raspberry Pi, I'm running version 0.6-alpha. What does hardinfo -v show you? Does lscpu show the PinePhone to be running at 1.15GHz?
Can someone else run hardinfo on another distro on the PinePhone to check evilbunny's results?
