I had to specifically sign up for texts on DHL's website. Once I did that, I started getting progress texts.

I see, and you where given a tracking number? I only have a Pine64 order number from when my order was first received.
[EDIT] Interesting, I've gotten off the phone from DHL and my package has yet to be received by them. There must be quite the backlog of orders.

Yes..... if you didn't get your tracking number that means it hasn't been received yet.  Remember, pinebook pros started shipping on the 24th.  That doesn't mean they all wer sent on the 24th.
